JHS Pedals Milkman Delay Boost Pedal Overview
The JHS Milkman was created in collaboration with Tim Marcus of Milkman Sound, providing a two-in-one slapback delay and boost pedal with all analogue circuitry, It has 5 control knobs along the top - Slap, which controls the delay time up to 250ms, Mix, which blends the wet/dry signals, Repeat which controls the length of the effect (up to 4.5 repetitions), EQ allows you to brighten or darken your tone to provide an authentic tape echo sound, so when it’s turned all the way up it delivers a classic tape delay machine break-up, and the Boost control lets you adjust the volume of the boost. There are also two separate footswitches - Slap on the left and Boost on the right which can be used separately or shared, which is a great feature to allow you to get a nice blend of delay and drive.
The JHS Milkman was designed specially to be used as a slapback, with a short time range and amount of repeats, and would make a great addition to your pedalboard and could be used as an ‘always-on’ pedal.
