GAK and Competition Law

Compliance Statement:

The Guitar Amp & Keyboard Centre ( “GAK” ), including its directors, senior management and employees, is fully committed to complying with UK Competition Law. In particular, GAK has total autonomy when setting the price at which it sells its products, whether this be online, in-store or over the phone. It is GAK’s internal policy that it will not and does not engage in any communications or agreements with suppliers or other retailers when setting sale prices. GAK will periodically review its compliance activities to ensure that it remains compliant with UK Competition Law.
