An American Alder body provides excellent resonance, and tone, while a Hard Rock Maple neck ensures with a traditional 10" radius fingerboard provides positive feel and excellent playability; 22 Medium profile frets add to the comfort, accuracy and overall positive feel of the Vintage V6. Providing authentic tone and contemporary power are a set of balanced Wilkinson WVS vintage-voiced Alnico V pickups, with staggered, chamfered edge pole pieces, and a reverse wound / reverse polarity centre pickup which provides hum cancelling options in switch positions 2 and 4. Other features include Wilkinson WJ55S patented E-Z-Lok machine heads, and a graphite nut for excellent tuning stability.
