Vintage LV52 Reissued, Butterscotch, Left Handed Overview

The classic looking LV52 ReIssued is the archetypal workhorse electric guitar, capable of providing a multitude of musical tones from its simple array of pickups and controls. However, it also features some up to date design tweaks; the inclusion of the Wilkinson WTB bridge makes the intonation problems often found with with traditional three saddle fixed bridges a thing of the past, while the 'soft C' neck profile allows unparalleled playability up and down the fretboard.

American Alder provides excellent body resonance, and tone, while a Hard Rock Maple neck ensures a classic "snap" is always present. The traditional 10" radius fingerboard provides positive feel and superior playability; 22 Medium profile frets add to the comfort, accuracy and overall positive feel of the Vintage V52.

Pickups are two Wilkinson Single Coils (WVTN in the neck and a WVOB in the bridge) - enabling traditional tones combined with contemporary power. Other features include Wilkinson WJ55S patented E-Z-Lok machine heads, and a graphite nut for excellent tuning stability.

Features includes:

  • American Alder body
  • Wilkinson WTB intonatable bridge
  • Wilkinson Single Coil pickups
  • Wilkinson WJ55S patented E-Z-Lok machine heads
  • Traditional 10" radius fingerboard
  • 43mm Graphite nut

  • What Vintage say:

Featuring the Wilkinson WTB bridge this classic 3-saddle design has been around for over 50 years and is still regarded as the ultimate tone machine. Staggered brass saddles offer individual string intonation, never before available in a design of this type. The baseplate itself is a faithful reproduction of the original, made from steel, very important in a bridge of this style due to the tonal effect it has on the magnetic field of the pickup mounted in it.
