Truetone Jekyll & Hyde Overdrive V3 Overview
The Truetone Jekyll & Hyde Overdrive V3 is the latest outing of the amazing Jekyll and Hyde pedal. This dual pedal offers distortion and overdrive, the "Hyde" distortion has a screaming output that is great for heavy riffing and soloing, while the "Jekyll" overdrive is based on the Truetone Open Road pedal. Added bass controls to both of these sections set the V3 apart from the V2. Each channel can be set to either True Bypass mode or buffered, via internal switches. Separate inputs and outputs let you use the Jekyll & Hyde as a loop device or midi switcher, you can also reverse the order of effects with a patch cable- it really is like having 2 pedals at once!
