The Squier Stratocaster Gold Edition’s body is crafted from solid Nyatoh. This tonewood offers smooth highs, warm mids and punchy lows that are akin to Mahogany. The resonant Nyatoh body is paired with a durable Maple neck that boasts a comfy modern “C” profile, a smooth Indian Laurel fretboard, 21 frets, and vintage-style Stratocaster headstock. The Squier Gold Stratocaster is a truly addictive instrument to play, thanks to its exceptional playability, contoured body shape and comfortable neck profile.
Classic Strat Electronics
The Squier Stratocaster Gold Edition features three Fender Design Single-Coil pickups with Alnico 5 Magnets that deliver the beautifully crisp and articulate tone that you’d expect from a genuine Strat.
