Schecter V-1 Custom, Trans Purple Overview
Top quality materials
Schecter’s V-1 Custom is a well-balanced guitar that can take you from aggressive, crunchy sounds to rich, clean tones - perfect for the modern-day player that needs flexibility. The flamed maple top provides a great resonance, and the flame pattern offers a unique and visually stunning appeal. Extra warmth is added with a mahogany top, which also helps to create tight lows and beautiful highs. The V1 also features white binding for a beautiful look, and a TonePros T3BT TOM bridge with the strings running through the body for incredible string stability.
Speed, comfort, and stability
The 3-piece mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard are designed with a thin ‘‘C’’ shape for a smooth, fast playing action. The mahogany/ebony combination produces tight, warm tones that are defined and open with a fast attack. The tonewood provides the guitar with muscular, controlled bass and snappy, clean highs which give clarity to the most complex chords. It also comes with many other features including Schecter locking machine heads that keep your tuning in shape.
All the power and grind you could ever want!
Designed for guitarist Zacky Vengeance of Avenged Sevenfold, who needed a higher output pickup but that still had all the quality tone from a traditional PAF. The V-1 Custom features a set of Schecter pickups that deliver incredible and varied modern sounds. Designed with AlNiCo V magnets, these pickups are high-output but still retain absolute note clarity. You can also split the coils which will open your guitar up to a huge array of tones - great for progressive players.
