The Rickenbacker 1993 Plus Pete Townshend 12-String is an update of his much-loved Model 1993 that he requested last year. Changes to the previous model include a neck that has been widened by 1/8 of an inch (3.1mm), a Caribbean rosewood fingerboard and a round heel on the two-piece neck. Rickenbacker have included 3 vintage reissue pickups for the 1993 Plus for an authentic sound, along with the famous Rickenbacker stereo output and trapeze tailpiece. The F-hole is characteristic of the Rose Morris models of the sixties and sets off the double bound body and pearlescent inlays beautifully.The Rickenbacker 1993 Plus Pete Townshend 12-string is available in the standard colors of Fireglo (36990), Jetglo (36991), Mapleglo (36992), Midnight Blue (36993) and Ruby (36999).
