EMG 45CS Active Humbucker Bass Pickup, Black Overview

The EMG 45CS is the perfect choice for 6 string bass players who want clarity, punch and articulation. The 45CS has an ultra low noise, low-impedance internal preamp, paired with parallel placed coils like the DC, but loaded with ceramic steel. This makes the 45CS much warmer thanks to the higher inductance of the steel, giving it a smoother attack and a flatter high end for a traditional sound. EMG list the EMG 45CS as having 4.5" (115mm) spacing.
