Boss Waza Craft VB-2W Vibrato Pedal Overview
The Boss VB-2 was originally introduced into the Boss stomp-box lineup in 1982 and was famed for it's ability to create unique and expansive vibrato effects. It has since been rediscovered by modern guitar players looking to add vintage textures to their sound. Original units have become sought after and are becoming hard to find.
The new Boss Waza Craft VB-2W captures the progressive spirit of the original VB-2 and brings this classic stomp-box into the present day. Built using all-analog circuitry with BBD (Bucket Brigade) vibrato line, the VB-2W retains all of the classic pitch-shifting vibrato features of the original and incorporates some exciting new features including 'Custom Mode' for brand new vibrato sound with a unique filter wave and a real-time control function which allows for enhanced expression and greater control of your sound using an optional Boss expression pedal.
The VB-2W is designed by the Boss Waza Craft Custom Shop. In Japan, the word 'Waza' means 'art and technique' and this is truly reflected in this range of stomp-box's. Each Waza Craft product is constructed using analog components, refined circuitry and incredible attention to detail in all aspects of the design. Each stomp-box is given the final sound approval by Boss Japan.
