The Aguilar HOT Jazz Bass Pickup Set features an overwound design and larger magnets for a punchy sound that is great for rock and metal. Even though they have a higher output than many other pickups they still retain all the dynamics of your playing, letting you dig in or hold back depending on the song.We recommend running your bass through the HIGH or ACTIVE input on your bass amp when using these pickups. The AG4JHOT is for 4-string basses and the AG5JHOT is for 5-strings.
