Driving the tone of this bass are the two humbucker pickups. These ceramic pickups provide a thick, powerful sound that’s well suited to modern styles from jazz to rock. To shape your sound you get a versatile set of controls including a master volume, bass, and treble, as well as a Performance EQ switch which lets you choose between five preset EQs each with a distinct sound tuned for performance. There’s also a pickup balancer which lets your choose between each pickup or blend them together to your liking.
