Vintage V100 Reissued, Gold Top Overview
With a single-cut solid carved Mahogany top and Mahogany body providing excellent resonance, tone and ‘correct weight’ comfort, and two Wilkinson W90SK stacked ceramic pickups providing rich and singing tones, the V100 Reissued, Gold Top is a classically styled, highly playable tone machine, which punches well above its weight.
Wilkinson's excellently crafted Tune-O-Matic bridge enables fine-tuning and superb intonation all over the fretboard, which remains superbly stable by way of Vintage Tulip Deluxe machine heads, and a 43mm Graphtech NuBone nut. A one piece Mahogany neck with a classic Vintage ‘soft C’ profile, supplies supreme comfort, speed, and accuracy beneath a 12” radius Lignum Rosa™ fretboard; outstanding tonal transfer capabilities, responsiveness and durability with 22 Medium Jumbo frets creates a fantastically positive feel to this very stylish, great sounding, and affordable guitar.
