Taylor has upgraded its 214ce-K to bring it up to the level of its 300 series. One of the key new features is the Expression System, a natural and transparent pickup system which you can normally only find in the 300 series and above.

With a fantastic Koa finish on the back and sides, the 213ce-K really is a beautiful looking guitar.

The guitar isn't let down by its sound either. Its

warm and balanced tone combined with some crisp highs make for the perfect guitar. You will also find a fantastic on board EQ which can be tailored to suit any situation or venue.

Taylor Product Overview

Our distinctive 200 Series Deluxe category is loaded with high-end performance appeal. The Grand Auditorium 214ce-K DLX features beautiful layered koa back and sides, a solid Sitka spruce top, a full-gloss body, white binding, Small Diamond fretboard inlays, Venetian cutaway, Taylor Expression System 2 electronics, and a Taylor standard hardshell case.

Taylor’s signature shape embodies the ultimate all-purpose acoustic. The soundboard choice for most guitars, Sitka spruce produces a broad dynamic range and accommodates a versatile range of playing styles.

The Expression System 2 captures more of a guitar’s dynamic properties using a breakthrough behind-the-saddle design. Koa veneer is part of the resilient layered construction on the 210ce-K DLX and 214ce-K DLX. The Venetian cutaway is known for its soft, round lines. The sloping peak of the cutaway will vary depending on the shape of the guitar.
