Taylor 110e Dreadnought Electro Acoustic Overview
The Taylor 110e pairs layered walnut back and sides with a solid spruce top to make its dreadnought body. These tonewoods, coupled with the archetypal body-shape, pump out full-voiced tone that responds especially well when played a little more heavily. For light-to heavy strummers and flatpickers the 110e will push out deep lows, punchy mids, and clear treble notes.The 110e has a slightly narrower nut width (1-11/16"") to makes barre chords a little easier on the hands. Plus this guitar has Taylor’s Expression System 2 onboard pickup, meaning it sounds great when you plug it in and you'll get great amplified tone night after night, at gig after gig.
The dreadnought is a pretty traditional guitar shape these days, but in this case it's refined by Taylor. The 110e is a great combination of that classic dreadnought volume, with its big and bassy response, and that definitive Taylor tone that adds a clear treble and an open midrange.
