Squier Affinity Series Precision Bass PJ, Maple Fingerboard, Black Overview

The Fender Squier Affinity Range has been refreshed for the first time since 2017 to include new and updated features, as well as new models and colours to breathe life into the popular Squier Affinity series. Key components have been upgraded such as tremolo bridges, pickups, tuning machines, and aesthetic updates such as gloss headstocks and updated logos, re-establishing the Squier Affinity range as a great option for beginners who want an affordable electric guitar or bass guitar that also looks and sounds great.

The Fender Squier Affinity Precision Bass PJ has a thin and lightweight poplar body that provides a resonant and meaty tone as well as making it more comfortable to play, a 34" scale length, a neck with a comfortable ‘C’ shape profile, and a fretboard with 20 medium jumbo frets, both made from maple to provide a brighter, zesty tone. It has a 4-saddle standard bridge, synthetic bone nut, and vintage style open-gear tuning machines to provide smooth, accurate tuning, which is ideal for beginners who just want to play.

For pickups, it has a pair of Squier split single-coil P Bass neck pickup and a single-coil J Bass bridge pickup to deliver a range variety of tones. To complete the Fender Squier Affinity Precision Bass PJ is a black pickguard, chrome hardware, and a classic Black finish.
