The Shure Beta 27 has been engineered for the attentive live sound professional. A large-diaphragm, Beta 27 targets sources for accurate and concise sound with minimal bleed, ideal for acoustic, wind and electric instruments. The super-cardioid polar pattern combined with a smooth flat frequency response provides maximum isolation from unwanted ambient sound sources and ensures high gain-before-feedback. This model also features an internal pop filter to further reduce wind and breath noise. Alongside this, the Beta 27 sports a -15dB switchable attenuator that handles very high SPLs with ease, making the Beta 27 the optimal choice for electric instruments.
