The C-1 FR-S Blackjack is part of Schecter’s Blackjack series goes with a classic all-black theme on some of Schecter’s most popular models. This model has the classic Schecter C body shape with a bottom cutaway letting you reach the upper frets easily.

The C-1 FR-S Blackjack has a mahogany body with an arched top, a 3-piece mahogany neck with a Thin ‘C’ profile and carbon fibre reinforcement rods to provide extra strength. This is topped with an ebony fretboard with a 12” - 16” compound radius and 24 extra-jumbo frets.

It also features Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuners, a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, which delivers increased harmonics, richness, and helps keep your strings in tune, and a Schecter exclusive Floyd Rose 1500 series bridge, which has a pop-in arm and stainless steel hardware. The C-1 FR-S has a 25.5” scale length and comes with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings (.010-.046).

For pickups, it has a Lundgren M6 at the bridge which delivers a brutal, thick sound, while also being articulate and tight, and in the neck position is a Sustainiac, which simulates the feedback circuit like when you stand near a loud amp, and the Sustainiac works by taking the signal from the bridge pickup, amplifying it, maintaining it and then feeding it to the driver at the neck, which works as an electromagnet to move the strings. Included is a 9-volt clip-in battery compartment so the note lasts as long as the battery lasts.

To complete the C-1 FR-S is Pearloid line inlays, black chrome hardware and a sleek Gloss Black finish with multi-ply cream binding to make it stand out.
