Like with the original Roland Fantom keyboard models, the FANTOM-0 series synths present an effortless workflow that lets you produce and perform music at the very highest level. Designing sounds, setting up performances and integrating FANTOM-0 synth couldn’t be easier thanks to the invitingly interactive design, high-resolution controls and expansive I/O connectivity. With a colour touchscreen, tactile knobs and sliders, rapid sampling features and an inspiring clip-based sequencer at your fingertips - creating songs and crafting patches couldn’t be easier or more intuitive.
Roland presents the FANTOM-0 series keyboards in a variety of formats, allowing you to choose the ideal form factor for your needs. The portable FANTOM-06 and FANTOM-07 feature slick, custom synth-action keybeds whilst the FANTOM-08 boasts an expressive weighted action. All FANTOM-0 keyboards feature a sleek, moulded body design that’s ultra-rugged and a lot lighter than most premium professional keyboards.
Advanced Sound Engines
With the ZEN-Core (Roland’s most advanced synth engine so far), SuperNATURAL (astoundingly authentic acoustic instruments) and Virtual ToneWheel (evolved from the acclaimed VK series) engines under the hood, the FANTOM-0 range presents you with unlimited sonic flexibility. In addition to the three sound engines, the Roland FANTOM-0 series is also capable of seriously deep and intuitive sampling. Using the onboard sampling tools, you can easily capture internal or external sounds from other instruments or your DAW. These can then be directly assigned to the RBG performance pads for triggering or the keyboard for pitched samples. Multisamples can also be built and customised for brand new ZEN-Core tones.

Your FANTOM-0 keyboard synth can be used as a hub of inspiration and musical ideas. No matter what your style of production or preferred genre is, Roland has got you covered. A variety of creative tools are available, from step and real-time sequencing to the TR-808 and TR-909-style TR-REC pattern sequencer. The sharp colour touchscreen provides quick and interactive control as well as useful visual feedback. Fans of classic Roland synths will love the dedicated synthesizer section, which features hands-on controls for the oscillators, filter and envelopes.
Incredible Expression
Live performers will adore the flexibility and real-time performance controls of the Roland FANTOM-0 series keyboards. As well as the famous Roland combined pitch/mod lever, there’s also a pair of wheels for expressive sound manipulation on-the-fly. For hands-free control, external expression pedals and switchers can be plugged into the rear of the unit. A dedicated USB device port can be used to hook up your favourite USB MIDI controller and extend your playable range.
