Maestro Comet Chorus Pedal Overview
A versatile analogue chorus stompbox that’s capable of lush, shimmering textures and rotary speaker-style warbles.
Lush Analog Chorus
Maestro’s Comet Chorus uses a classic all-analogue bucket brigade design to deliver its warm, shimmery modulation. A wealth of chorus tones are at your fingertips thanks to two switchable modes - Earth and Orbit. Each one offers a distinctive tonal flavour that vastly expands the Comet’s versatility.
Dual Modes
The Comet’s Earth mode enhances your sound with a subtle cosmic swirl effect and is perfect for classic chorus tones. The Orbit setting closely emulates the rich sonic complexity of a rotary speaker by adding amplitude modulation (or tremolo) to the chorused sound. The level of the Orbit mode’s rotary speaker effect can be tweaked via the internal trim pot.
Intuitive Layout
Dialling in the tones is quick and intuitive thanks to the Comet’s simple 3-knob layout. The Depth and Speed controls alter the strength of the pitch variation and rate of the chorusing, whilst the Mix control allows you to blend in the perfect amount of your dry signal (or get rid of it altogether).
Ready For Your Board
The Maestro Comet pedal is housed in a robust, road-ready metal chassis and features top-mounted jacks for easy integration into your pedalboard. The sturdy true-bypass footswitch activates the eye-catching LED lights, letting you know the effect is engaged.
Whether you’re using it with an electric guitar, bass or synth, you can count on the Maestro Comet to enhance your sound with the warmth and lushness that you’d expect from an authentic BBD chorus pedal.
