The Ibanez Talman has now earned the status of a modern classic! One of the few body styles that translates equally well to electric and acoustic guitars it not only looks cool but is a comfortable body shape to play. The TCM50 is rightly one of the most popular electro-acoustic guitars in its field. Featuring a slimline 3.5" depth the body is made from Mahogany for the back and sides and has a beautiful Figured Ash top with ivory binding. The neck is also Mahogany and has a slim, comfortable profile with a 10" radius Rosewood fingerboard.
Electronics-wise there's a neck single coil AP2 magnetic pickup which avoids the harshness you can sometimes find with undersaddle piezos and gives almost a hybrid electric/acoustic tone. There's an active preamp with bass & treble controls as well as a handy low battery indicator.
