The latest SR300 is constructed from a mahogany body, 5-piece maple/rosewood neck, and a rosewood fingerboard to deliver full warm tones with excellent lows and strong mids.
New PowerSpan Pick-Ups
These brilliant new Dual-Coil pickups, with exposed stainless pole pieces for greater clarity, give you a strong core tone, quick in response and rich in harmonics and dynamic expression.
3-Band EQ with 3-Way Power Tap Switch
But great bass pick-ups are nothing without a great bass preamp, and this bass has a custom Ibanez 3-band EQ with 3-way power tap. This cleverly designed set-up allows you to hone and craft your bass tone with minimum effort, and gives you access to fully mould your sound. The 3-way power tap switch offers you three different tones, from humbucking and single coil, to a low-end enhanced single coil option, creating an versatile tonal palette that's instantly accessible and will fit almost all stages and genres.
