Gretsch USA Hammered Chrome Over Brass Snare, 13x6in

The Hammered Chrome over Brass snare drums feature a hammered shell to produce a distinctive, slightly drier sound than our standard Chrome over Brass snare shell. The 1.1mm brass shell is rolled and then welded with a clean, durable seam. The entire shell (exterior and interior) is chrome plated and has a 40-degree bearing edge. Additional features include Lightning throw-off, top and bottom die-cast hoops, 'Snap-In' key holder and 42-Strand snare wire (20-strands on 13in snare).
