ESP E-II Eclipse Full Thickness, Tobacco Sunburst Overview
This model is part of the E-II Series, which are made in Japan and don’t compromise on quality, creating a high-quality guitar that sounds great, looks great, and is reliable.
This model has a full-thickness mahogany body with a maple top, a mahogany neck with a thin ‘U’ profile making it comfortable to play, topped with 22 extra-jumbo frets on an ebony fretboard, and the back has a satin finish making it extra smooth to play. The ESP E-II Eclipse Full Thickness also features a bone nut, Gotoh locking tuners and a Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece.
The E-II Eclipse Full Thickness has a pair of Fishman Fluence Open Core Classic pickups, which provide 3 different voicings with the push/pull control, including vintage P.A.F. tones, clear, airy chimes, classic hot rod tones, and classic single-coil tones.
To complete the look is crème binding, unique ESP flag inlays and chrome hardware to complement the Tobacco Sunburst finish.

Formerly called “ESP Standard”, all ESP E-II instruments are created at our ESP factory in Tokyo, Japan, and are designed for professional players who accept no compromises in tone, feel, or reliability for their guitars and basses. The E-II Eclipse Full Thickness is exactly as the name implies… a body with traditionally thick design. This guitar offers set-thru construction, using a mahogany body with flamed maple top that looks amazing in Tobacco Sunburst finish, complemented by single ply crème binding. The E-II Eclipse Full Thickness also features a mahogany neck with bound ebony fingerboard that includes ESP flag inlays, and a satin finish on the back for super smooth playability. Premier components include Gotoh locking tuners, a Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece, a bone nut, Dunlop locking strap buttons, and a set of Fishman Fluence Open Core Classic Humbucker pickups with push-pull controls to activate three different voicings. Includes an ESP hardshell form-fitting case.
