There’s compression or drive for adding punch to your tone, touch wah or modulation (flanger and chorus) and delay or reverb for lush spatial effects. With three user memories for each amp model, you can store gain, EQ and effects for settings for instant recall. The free-to-download DUAL CUBE BASS LX editor software gives you greater control, providing access to more detailed parameter tweaks and effect variations via your compatible Mac or Windows computer.

The powerful Rhythm Guide can elevate your practice sessions with its selection of inspiring grooves. Nine rhythm types with three pattern variations each are available, from a standard metronome to realistic drum grooves in Metal, Rock, Jazz, Latin and other genres. You can explore up to 91 rhythm variations using the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor and store your favourites in the amp. Thanks to the high-performance stereo speakers, backing tracks and onboard rhythms are conveyed in detailed, full-range audio.
Beyond the Bedroom
Outfitted with ultra-flexible connectivity, the DUAL CUBE LX can handle a wide range of applications with ease. The stereo XLR line output can directly connect to a PA system for a live performance. You can also use the DUAL CUBE LX as a powerful personal monitor whilst using the line output.
Additionally, the BOSS DUAL CUBE LX bass amp can act as an audio interface for home or studio recording. Using the USB or i-CUBE-Link outs, the DUAL CUBE LX can send a mix-ready bass tone directly to the music software on your mobile device or computer. Livestreaming bassists are also covered. Your voice can be captured with a headphones mic alongside your bass sound, then streamed via the USB and i-CUBE-Link outputs.

By connecting an optional BOSS FS-series footswitch, you can control the Rhythm Guide hands-free and access the onboard looper to build a dynamically layered performance. The optional Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor (or BOSS BT-Dual) can be connected to give the DUAL CUBE BASS LX wireless functionality. This allows you to wirelessly stream music straight from your device and remotely adjust the amp’s settings using the iOS or Android version of the DUAL CUBE BASS LX Editor.
