Audix A133 Studio Condenser Microphone Overview
Audix A133 Studio Condenser Microphone
Audix’s A133 is a large diaphragm condenser microphone designed for vocals, acoustics instruments and overhead applications.
Featuring a 33mm fixed-charge capsule and gold-sputtered diaphragm, the A133’s frequency response is wide enough to capture the natural timbre of any acoustic source an engineer may need.
Studio Performance For The Road
A133 incorporates Audix’s unique internal shock mount mechanism and their impedance control technology linking capsule and circuitry closely together. The results are a rejection of almost all incidental room noise, an incredibly clear recording signal, and reliable results performance after performance.
On the microphones side-panel, Audix have also included a 10dB switchable pad for more boisterous sound sources, and a bass roll-off to remove any unwanted low-end rumble.
Every A133 ships with a protective carry case to keep the microphone safe either between gigs or between studios.
